* WIP: Added immich cli tool to `immich-server` image

* WIP: Added doc entry to show it is preinstalled

* WIP: Moved immich upload cli to `immich` and default to `immich-admin`

* WIP: undid previous commit

* WIP: Updated server docs with new `immich-admin` command
