Add Friend Manager plugin

Adds a persistent friend list system. Players can add friends directly
from any party window by tapping their name, view a stored profile
(account ID, known profile names, last seen), and get notified when a
friend joins a party. Includes a rating/feedback window backed by
Firebase.
